ICx employs some of the most knowledgeable engineers in the thermal imaging field. We make sure that the products we sell are not only the correct fit for the client, but that the integration and implementation of the system will work within an existing framework.

We make an initial remote assessment and then we fly out and demonstrate the product. Once selected, a sales engineer will conduct a site survey to find out what the range requirements are. Exactly how far does the customer need to see? Then we take precise measurements to identify the exact lens that will meet those requirements and we determine the position of the camera in relation to the command center. The result? A solution that enables users to control the camera within their existing framework.

Once the order is placed, the product is usually delivered between 30 and 90 days.
